Vacation?

Several folks have referred to what I'm doing as a vacation. My fine therapist called it a walkabout. I've been calling it an adventure since the start. I don't have a dictionary with me but since I don't work, I don't think I can have a vacation any more. Guess I always thought a vacation was getting away from work & home. Now that home is where the heart is, or home is where I park it, I'm not getting away from home. Ergo, no vacation for me.
This is truly a change in lifestyle. Luis helped me to see how much I enjoy this freedom & lack of worry & hassle. Specifically, he was referring to my decision about whether to keep the house in Raleigh & rent it, or sell it. He recommended selling. He asked if I'd ever rented out a house before & I said twice. Then he asked how it went. The first time went pretty well. The second time didn't & caused a lot of headaches. So I'm leaning toward selling it. Nothing final. Not a decision, yet. Your opinions will be considered & appreciated, if you have one. Thank you.
