Fun Days in Forest

I left Forest, VA this morning after several days with Barbara's fine family.  We enjoyed good talks, wonderful food, a baseball game (see above) and the guys went fishing last evening.  That will be on the next posting.  It was dollar night at the Hillcats game, so I treated for food and drink.  What a deal!  And Trey came through with the tickets.  I almost caught a tee shirt, but only managed to spill my beer in my lap for the effort.
Gary and Katie Davis and their kids came over for a visit Sunday and it was sooo good to see them!  Their kids are practically grown it seems, and their youngest, Max, is the spitting image of Gary.  Now that's kinda spooky!  Another Gary?!  Oh yeah!!!  A beta version!

Back to the ball game.  Besides this funnel cake, we consumed pizza, hot dogs, peanuts, beer and soft drinks.  It was Houston's last night with his braces and he did not let them slow him down, at all!

Just had to get one more shot of the metal mouth before the big change.  That will be part of the next post.

I'm near Wooster, OH, on my way to Michigan, in the middle of nowhere at a lovely RV park.  It is calm, quiet, I can see the lake and may have to go fish a little before eating some fresh gazpacho and writing another post.

Bye.  See ya later!
