Sleet?

Yep, it's 36 & sleeeeting here today. I awoke to rain on the roof, which is very nice in my snug little mobile home. It stays very warm & cozy.

The stove top precolator continues to bring me a little joy each day. It fills the space with the smell of fresh coffee & is piping hot when it's done. My mom loved her coffee scalding hot & now I know why.

Went to the movies & saw "The Blind Side". It was very good & based on a true story. It was inspirational to say the least. I also bought "The Old Man & the Sea" at Wal-Mart. Spencer Tracy is the star & apparently was chosen by Hemmingway to play the part. It has been many years since I've seen it.

Reading continues to fill much of my bad weather indoor time. Next up is "True Compass" by Ted Kennedy. I'm really looking forward to it.
