Never have I seen so much ink on people. Much of it is beautiful, some of it isn't but all of it is very interesting. Some folks are totally covered. Many of the designs are very intricate.
Smoking. I'd forgotten how much of a smoking place Florida is. Many of the bars are smoke free, but the ones which aren't I can't stay in very long. Cigar smoke is everywhere & the temptation comes, then goes. Cigars have been my downfall too many times to take the chance. It'll be 5 years quit on February 28 so that's a motivator. It just reminds me of being a kid here & how everyone I knew smoked, except my Mom.
Yesterday was on the hot side, 83 & high humidity, so I had to go for a swim. It was more like a float, which I love to do. Just lying there looking at the deep blue sky, relaxed, no sound, gently rocking. It just clears my body & mind of anything that's not needed.
The pic for today was really taken several days ago. It was gray & overcast that day, but I like the way I framed the cruise ship between the trees. Reminds me of a pic I took at the Panama Canal.
